You can't have communists without a ruling government full of officials with deep connections to their oligarchs. It's totalitarianism.

Capitalism always eventually fails and turns into cronyism, nepotism and an oligarchy at the top; usually using corporate welfare to stay in positions of power and rugged individualistic capitalism for the middleclass.
