According to whom?
Most say 40-80% genetic iirc.

Just because some racial differences exist doesn't mean they suddenly explain everything.

If r/hbd wasn't nuked I would have a study for you to show that socioeconomics explain exactly nothing in the US. It was a 2020 study too with large N.
