You can remain ignorant or you can learn about what happened when Portugal reformed due to their drug crisis and took the radical step to remove all their drug laws and spend the money on helping people instead of policing and jailing people.

Who cares what a bunch of mutts did a long time ago? The numbers probably aren't real knowing the corrupt fakeocracies of Europe. That aside, not every boot fits every foot. The same goes for nations.

Obviously you couldn't be bothered to read the first line:

Considering how immature you are, I'm guessing you weren't even born then so maybe it seems like "a long time ago", but in the grand scheme of things it was not long ago and even still in this century.
