Everyone.

We had the same thing in the 1990s and before that in the 1970s.

These people just hope that everyone's forgotten the last time they lost the argument and trot out the same nonsense again.

Paedophilia is a paraphilia. People might be prone to getting a paraphilia but whether and which one they get is environmental. And those are progressive disorders, they get worse the more you engage in the behaviour, so there is very much personal choice involved.
