The Franc in Africa is interesting, so many countries share the same currency there.
Also surprising to me is British East Africa. Some call it the "shilling" and some call it the "pound".
It's also etymologically interesting that the word "shilling" comes from the Old Norse, meaning "division" according to the map. And that's interesting because that's what online shills do today is divide people.

IMO money is a controlled trust system that does divide people, instead of individuals in communities trusting each other (which takes work, learning, and communication).
