see the ipinfo.io ranges and block them with iptables (for unix users). eg, save the script below and run it.

127.0.0.1 adnxs.com

127.0.0.1 ib.adnxs.com

127.0.0.1 ap.lijit.com

127.0.0.1 lijit.com
