You have screenshotted the sidebar of the Wikipedia article "Soviet famine of 1930–1933."

I honestly have no idea what this has to do with Holocaust denial or French law. Is this a conspiracy theory thing, like "Jews did the Soviet famine"?

    Well, it's undisputed that when the Soviet famine started, Stalin made the decision to withhold food from Ukraine while prioritizing Russia.

    What is disputed is whether the Soviet famine started so that Stalin could do that or whether he was just acting opportunistically.
