I invite you to make it then. I've been told my taste in memes is poor. It's awesome that you liked this one. Thanks for the comment.

I was just thinking about Easter; I saw a meme of 'he's risen', and I thought, how odd that people symbolically eat the flesh, and drink the blood of their savior. Worse yet though, based off written word by man, all who 'believe' by default are 'sinners' in the eyes of god, again as dictated by the word written by man.....

So cannibalism mixed with a lot of self flagellation. I mean, okay, I don't have a problem with this, or any other religious concept, other than knowing it doesn't work for me. For myself, it would make god, who's supposed to be perfect, a sick twisted entity creating less than perfection so as to be stupid enough to worship.

Yet, the real flipside, I do believe in creationism, perhaps 'the force' could describe what I think, but the truth that I see, is an all encompassing god, would be so far advanced in mind, we would seemingly be less than ants.

In regards to 'the force', I do think there could be a hierarchical structure where by we relate to the closest higher entity that can still 'relate' to the human mind.

The ritual consumption of hosts and wine is both symbolic and literal. If spirit can be made flesh then consumption of the flesh is one way to be infused with the spirit. I don't know if it's the only way, and I can't imagine an experiment to prove any other way. Besides, communion and eucharistic rites are not unique to Christianity.

correct, hence for myself simple 'spirituality'; I'm not so much into the idea of symbolically consuming another; many religions do, I guess perhaps because of the temporal aspect; mixed with seeing generation over time?

So, you're religious I take it.
