I've spent weeks being very very uncomfy in the wilderness just for fun. Both desert landscapes and the great lakes area level cold. I have no issues with boondocking for months or years if needed. I doubt I will need to do that though because there are millions of people that are going to get royally pissed off (and looking for 'alternative answers') when totalitarian tactics roll out.
