Funny every single fatso -- especially women -- who blames everyone but their own choices always has a story that sounds really similar to yours and usually revolves around them being the healthiest person in the world then suddenly it all going wrong for reasons they can't understand. Of course it's never their responsibility in the story it just sort of happened.

BTW genuinely I hope getting the heavy metal levels in your system reduced helped you, piggy. Did it help?

Good, good. So did you get your metal levels sorted out and get back to fitness? That's all I'm interested in now. No point just bickering.

(I actually said I agree with you that people should have it tested and be aware of it in case you missed it and nor do I disagree that it's a factor among many in weight gain.)

I'd prefer to learn whether or not a White guy overcame a health problem rather than just endlessly bicker I guess so yes I do care and I'm not joking.

Wow. What a turn-around from full-on, absolute toxicity to "hey I'm on your side bro."

No, I've been extremely ill for 14 years, with doctors unable to discover what was wrong with me until I, through my own research and due diligence, very recently found it out. Getting these metals out is not easy, it will take me another 2-5 years.

I still dream about working out, even though it's been 11 years without going into a gym.

Nowadays taking a walk can literally kill me.
