A question on this topic I've asked on several websites = "do we now offer a punishment for a named crime but the person never charged for that crime nor heard by a judge/jury" because that appears to be the exact fact. DJT has never nor has anyone else been charged for ANY "insurrection" and no one brought to trial for it. And yet this dead horse keeps on getting hit and DJT is guilty on accusation?

Any lawyer will tell you that giving a speech then others doing an insurrection is not insurrection
