Yagh, sure. Why not? However you came to that conclusion, it is sure to contain logic. Of some form....

Either the vaccinations are causing damage, in which case one or two doses area sufficient, and we should be seeing the effects on global population. Or some other "fully vaccinated" bar need to be hit, in which case there's no danger.
