I noticed one of the first things Biden/Harris did after the media declared them winners was issue a statement indicating the US would be taking a more active role meddling in Syria than it did under Trump.

Yeah of course. The military-industrial complex did not like Trump's general refusal to start wars. That's the main reason the establishment came down for biden so hard, imo. Too much money at stake. Wars are a trillion-dollar industry that props up about 1/5 of the total US economy.
