Yes it's possible for anything on pushshift.io which is the api all of those reddit removed post checkers use, but they have to manually whitelist subreddits once they've been quarantined so some subreddits like /r/smuggies & /r/waterniggas will be missing all of the posts from after the quarantine, but others like /r/The_Donald & /r/CringeAnarchy will have all of the posts.

I use these python scripts: https://github.com/libertysoft3/reddit-html-archiver to dump all the posts into the .csv & .html format, and then use python scripts I wrote to go through all the .html files and download all the image & video links and search for all of the archive.today and archive.org links. For the CSS, I either grab it from /about/stylesheet & /about.json while the subreddit is still live (if they have wiki enabled, you can view older styles on /wiki/revisions/config/stylesheet), or grab the .css file from an archive.org archive of any page on the subreddit (which also lets you find older styles).
