I think you missed the joke. Judging by his twitter feed @sashasever12 implies that the event in the Crocus Hall has been staged by FSB, which is why he humorously claims that this video (a theatrical performance during the propaganda show "Polite people" in Kaluga town) shows the training exercises.

Whether it was a joke or not, the video shows an act before the main event, as if someone knew it would happen or even wanted it to happen.

By that logic every movie where hostages are shot is a hint that someone knew the {current year shooting} would happen. Yes, it shows an "act", it's not the same "act" (Ukrainian soldiers instead of ISIS militants). Also there's been an (in)famous event in Russia where jihadists took a lot of hostages in a theater (just like Crocus City Hall) and a lot of them died in 2002.
