I'd like to give that Patrol Agent a congratulatory fist bump and a medal for being humane toward these very downtrodden and needy people. These migrants are pushed to the border by cartels who promise they can gain easy entry into the U.S.; mostly, as a distraction so that the cartels can carry on their smuggling of drugs under the noses of the agents too busy dealing with migrants to bother the drug smugglers. And most of the migrants are escaping extreme poverty, sexual abuse, violence, and starvation. A humane person could never blame them for wanting to come to the U.S. or any place other than where they have been previously.

Of course, that's what we did here in the US. Before we were the Pilgrims on the Mayflower, we went from country to country seeking to rape the women and break the laws, and then when we got here, we set up the welfare state so the First Nation peoples could take care of our children!
