The pyramid is about "debate", something you can't do with people that are firmly set in their ways.. It always descends into a predictable and laughable barrage of nonsense. It's like fighting the Taliban, kill one dude using an RPG, another guy picks it up and fires it. I learned to break the cycle, as there's always some nutter that comes along, sounds the same, but still comes across as a total nut job.
