I think he was referring to the funding the CDC/Facuci provided that lab in China.

Yes, my mistake it was the NIH/Fauci that funded the Wuhan Lab that created and released the virus responsible for the global pandemic.

And yes, Trump cancelled the grant after the pandemic started and either lied or possibly just got the numbers wrong as to the amount of the grant. Either way, who cares? This isn't about Trump, its about Rand Paul. They are two different people.
