Government Incompetence is now the threshold to suspending Civil Liberties in Canada.

Do Canadians have constitutional protections?

In the sidebox, the Bill Of Rights is better than our Charter Of Rights, but what does "protection" do if no one is held accountable and it doesn't protect anyone from the tyranny that just does what it wants?

I've come to the understanding that the law is actually applied legally in the USA.

Federal citizens don't have constitutional protections. They have worthless civil rights, from the civil law.

US Nationals have constitutional protections. The courts recognize them.

That's why the "elite" appear to be beyond the reach of the law. They're beyond the reach of the civil law. No federal laws apply. Most state laws don't apply. The "elite" reserved this status for themselves.

And now I have it too.

I'm sure the same applies to Canada. The laws have been standardized internationally.

Find out who the feudal Lord of the Canadian manor is, and send them notice that you're a Canadian national, and not a Canadian citizen.

Look into the difference in the rights of a citizen (civil law; law of the city) vs a national (common law; law of the land).

Bro. This is the way.

Yes, this is a way.

Semantic games they pretend to respect, but can still be useful.

And of course there are at least a few dozen things I also want to gain expertise in.

The law of nations is a great place to look. Vattels law is the foundation of modern international law.
