I too, have enjoyed the greatness that is the buffalo burger. For me personally, being a huge fan of lamb, I rate the two about equally, but I also dressed them identically, which obviously makes the rating experience a completely different one.

Also, I am tempted to call your zebra burger fake: It has no stripes.

Kangaroo was a close second, that shit was incredible. 😍

A few missed out on this adventure were camel and wild boar, both tried before and both fairly decent. Camels a smokey flavoured meat, not dissimilar to kangaroo. Boar is just a delightful lly dirty burger, a posh microwave rib burger, didn't miss much compared to this lot.

Ah, the age old all burgers are sandwiches but not all sandwiches are burgers. True enough, it's more of a token gesture to the world of burgers, but I'll still let it pass as a burger. Flat piece of meat in a bun is as good a burger as any. Could argue that it has to be ground meat, but I'm not gonna discriminate against chicken in my round the world species adventure of burgers 😋

Ooo, I've never tried goat, I'll add it to my list to try. We get a pretty good range of exotic or other meats that aren't your standard beef around here, depending on the time of year. A load of online stores ship packed in dry ice so it's delivered frozen. I guess I'd imagine smaller game like squirrel and rabbit being tricky to burger. Nothing a bit of bacon couldn't fix! 😁

I always wanted to try zebra, it's what the lions eat 🙏 went with a classic whopper with lettuce and tomato. Not too bad, really mild flavour and was a lighter meat than expected. Not heavy like venison but with a slight gamey flavour. More of a 'lunchtime' burger.
