Oh man! You don't wanna borrow from a roo. Sure, they got deep pouches, but they don't shy away from collecting!
I assume he's seeing his reflection and thinks he's found a totally stoic other roo that has downloaded his kung-fu moveset and is blocking him perfectly. Poor guy. Must be emasculating.
