Even if you told me that elephant had been trained to paint exactly that, that's still really impressive!

EDIT: I've watched it a couple of times. I reckon the way the handler makes sure to step behind the elephant's head and moves forward with it each time means he's guiding it. I'm partially willing to believe it could paint, but writing it's name? You took it too far, elephant guy.
