THEN no one else is going to (be able to) do so

 
IF one does not examine one's own mindset
i.e. the prevailing Indirect-Hierarchy (AS IS)
AND compare it with Direct-Reciprocity (TO BE)
THEN the incumbent mindset shall prevail unquestioned

 
IF everyone examines one' own mindset,
AND in doing so

• Engages with fellow others on the topic
  
• Referencing the fairness-for-all principles of, and the lessons learned from, TQM - Total Quality Management
  
• Mindful of, and keeping at bay, our insidious jailors - the mind gatekeepers
  

THEN won't everyone see:
-- Direct-Reciprocity better serve one's own interest than Indirect-Hierarchy
AND IF SO,
THEN won't Indirect-Hierarchy simply be left behind & shunned
