I like reading your posts, although I may not be smart enough to fully grasp all of what you say. I think I understand the tone, though. I like that you are dedicated to your beliefs and inform us instead of complain.

If you understand the tone - then you are getting it, because I can only describe the broad framework - the specific change steps for each community have to be worked out together by their respective members once people understand that they hold the key to real change.
 
Example of Direct Change:
What we are doing right now - choosing to converse here - rather than on Twitter / Reddit, with their explicit and hidden censorship.
