As I understand her motivation she wanted for simple people who don't use internet or don't know how to install VPN/Tor to see those slogans.

The "simple people" could see her slogans placed in the grocery store without removing or replacing price tags. Example: She could put a card with her slogan on the grocery store shelves next to the items being sold. I see no justification for her destroying the pricing system.

In any case that's not what the alleged crime is, she's charged with "spreading fake news about the army", a new law which was created after the start of the war.
