This is the solution. Palestinians would receive the West Bank and adjacent land equivalent to the Gaza Strip. In return, Israel would get the Gaza Strip and Egypt would give Israel land at least 3 times the size of the West Bank in the Sinai Peninsula. The land would be adjacent to water so Israel can build desalination plants. What's in it for Egypt? Peace on its borders and credit for ending the Israeli Palestinian conflict. Egypt won't lose much. The Sinai is inhospitable, and Egypt doesn't have the technology to develop it, but Israel does.
