I'll miss him, truly. The only one on the Z side who never said anything disrespectful about Ukraine, and never had a good word about the war.

He has never once used the word hohol for example, that I ever heard. He even busted through and debunked some fake propaganda that even big brain saiditors believe, like, he pointed out how Donetsk wasn't really shelled for eight years, like adviika or mariinka which the ruzzians razed in eight weeks.

He was a philosopher peasant and a pickpocket king, he ran slave mines and hotdog stands, and most of all, he had the gumption to capture Rostov and march to save Wagner from absorption.....but the deep, pathos, very human sense to turn around and save everyone from the chaos that he found behind the throne

What a guy. I hope they make a film

Edit to say - for the man most closely connected to the capture of Bakhmut he fucking hated saying artimovsk and you could see his face twist on those one or two occasions he had to say it.

The discord leaks said he was a Ukrainian spy or rogue agent, and his response at the time, was that - "yes, I have spoken through backchannels to Ukraine to organise prisoner swaps, it's very normal"

I don't think he was a spy, but certainly sympathetic to Ukraine, and had his mutiny succeeded he would have stopped the war immediately

Of course socks would love a jew who betrays his own country and attempts a state coup against an enemy government of the US, even if he was the leader of a mercenary group fighting for Russia against Ukraine. It goes to show that he is just a glownigger defending glownigger interests and all of his preaching against Russia has nothing to do with some moralistic opposition to war and everything to do with spreading propaganda in order to confuse people.

Interesting points. I had no idea about any of this. To my knowledge he was a hotdog seller, then a restaurant chef and manager, and then a leader of numerous mercenaries who were responsible for horrific war crimes, depending on which reports were reliable.

You're thinking of Dmitri Utkin, the spetznaz whose callsign was Wagner, the original mercenary of the outfit. I was talking about Yevgeny Prigozyn, the businessman and criminal financier behind the business and PR side of affairs

It's quite possible, one of the main versions actually. But this version is inconvenient for Russian state, because it automatically implies state cooperation:

According to Flightradar24, the aircraft reached an altitude of 28,000 feet before falling. Many air-defense systems are incapable of hitting planes at this height. For example, the shot would have been virtually impossible for someone on the ground (such as Ukrainian special forces) using a man-portable air-defense system. In fact, any kind of short-range air-defense missile system likely could not have reached a target so high. At a minimum, this would have required a medium-range system (such as a Buk) that was also located near the target plane’s air path.

Zelensky is denying that they killed Prigozhin and blaming Russia. That pretty much proves that it was Ukraine. Give it three months and they'll be gleefully posting photos on Twitter of showing how they fooled some innocent patsy to take a bomb on the plane.
