BBC's Lisa Shaw died after taking AstraZeneca vaccine: Dr Tuomo Polvikoski, a consultant neuro-pathologist who examined Ms Shaw after her death, said given her history of being a fit and healthy woman with no medical problems, it was "surprising" she died of blood clots and bleeding in the brain.

Not a lie but I can very much imagine our government doesn't want to pay to vaccine low risk kids now the vulnerable are covered so could well be pushing stories such as this to create a public backlash.
