People should quit being stupid about the technology they use. My nephew bought a fairly new used car that had bluetooth installed and between it and the GPS he could figure out who the previous owners were, where they lived and worked and where their kids went to school.

People have become addicted to their devices and the incessant, constant external communication and stimulation provided by the technology.

"All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone."

Blaise Pascal was right about that, in ways that he couldn't have imagined when he said it during the 1600s.

Man, that is so true. A friend joked that she may have to come live with me if she lost her job and I told her that my garden shed could be spruced up for her. Fortunately, she's got a sense of humor and understands her constant busy-ness drives me nuts.
