Btw, you can be absolutely sure that Hamas still has internet access that Israel can't shut down. The easiest way would be a cable through a tunnel across the border into Egypt but there are other ways too.

Shutting off the internet only harms populations, not motivated military organisations.

Text of tweet that was in reply to the Israeli Communications Minister who claimed that "HAMAS will use [Starlink] for terrorist activities" and who stated that "Israel will use all means at its disposal to fight [Gaza access to Starlink]" :

We are not so naive.

Per my post, no Starlink terminal has attempted to connect from Gaza.

If one does, we will take extraordinary measures to confirm that it is used only for purely humanitarian reasons.

Moreover, we will do a security check with both the US and Israeli governments before turning on even a single terminal.

Fucking pathetic. What right do the US and Israeli governments have to veto access to the internet in sovereign Gaza ? Why is Elon handing them this veto power ? Did he take these "extraordinary measures" in Ukraine ? (Answer is of course No; Starlink has been used heavily by the UAF, even if Elon drew the line when they tried to use it against Crimea).

Not a word that I'm given to using but Elon is being such a cuck here.
