I'm totally ok with the military getting all the woke kids to enlist for WW3.

The woke kids are usually rich liberals that only serve themselves and hate their country origins.

Like... If I told you the woke congregate to San Fran and LA to try to blend in with other liberals, I wish I was lying but if they're from Austin or even GA and moving to NY, you can see that.

For poor kids that go military, that's one way to get out of the hood and get a decent education and a few less roadblocks than the dead ends of urban streets.

We now have a situation where the Pentagon is possibly sane while the CIA is usually creating the rich wokes which is the problem with this.

I wish I was joking but most of that is centered around The Congress for Cultural Freedom which is creating the cultural ideas that most of those assholes are pushing.

I think if we could align a bit more with the Pentagon, bring it to heel (since they lost trillions for years) and have it serve the public and control the CIA, that might do a lot better than the woke kids infesting another branch with their BS.

Eh. They're just going to sit in some air conditioned office somewhere in Stuttgart and drone people.

It would be better to... 'conscript' them and have them chop down trees in Alaska. Safety equipment may or may not be provided

Minor nitpick: the generals are only beginning to look sane relative to outright gibbering lunatics at State, and even then only out of self-interest, because they're terrified of being exposed as horrifyingly unprepared to handle any threat more challenging than illiterate tribesmen with rusty AKs, not that they distinguished themselves there either.

I think we both know that every last American general is in it for their careers and usually pulling more with the Empire than anything else. But even then, can you blame them?

Like, look at what's going on at the State Department with Victoria Nuland and all the vestiges of power that are accumulating by proxy to Hillary.

CIA power and Pentagon power are one faction against each other, the FBI is going ham, and there's far more where we have all sorts of Game of Thrones BS because there's no central person to steer the ship in a cohesive way.

I won't even get into the four factions besides the Pentagon where every Jarhead thinks they're worth a Navy ship in what they do or every grunt thinks the Air Force is too babied, but all this shit is ridiculous. We're falling apart.

Well, the course of action I've come to prefer over the years would start with the immediate confinement of everyone over O6, no exceptions, so I think so?

I mean I know it seems like a novelty to apply it to the flag ranks, but I'd really like to give this "blame" thing a try. I feel it has potential.

We'd have to have accountability for what they did such as the one poisoning Hawaii and his removal but that's not above the cards.

Just let them have anybody who believes that the US army is about "defending US ideals" and get all aggressive towards anybody trying to tell them the truth, and call it natural selection.

Been watching some "left" circles yell about vets while ignoring that usually the vets are some of the first ones to turn anti-war if they're enlisted and officers go to colonels where they usually decide if they're antiwar or not.

Military families aren't a monolith and I have personal experience with that. But to have so many actively discouraging their children from military life is showing that this empire is not serving the public and they're looking at more options.
