Quick question:

For someone who was not circumcised as an infant, what is the minimum legal age for non-medically-necessary circumcision to be performed on a human who has expressed a desire to have the procedure done on them?

(It's difficult for an eight-day-old infant to express desire for circumcision)

Another logical question: Can a juvenile better affirm their birth gender with medical/surgical interventions? For instance a teenage male who wants more testosterone and a bigger penis? He wants to better identify as a man. Would it be allowed?

Sports and wokeness share that untouchable religious quality. If someone isn't trans and isn't an athlete, shouldn't they be afforded the same options? If not, why?
