Another logical question: Can a juvenile better affirm their birth gender with medical/surgical interventions? For instance a teenage male who wants more testosterone and a bigger penis? He wants to better identify as a man. Would it be allowed?

Ooh, that IS a good one! Essentially the same question, without the triggering properties.

What should be the minimum age for someone to get penis enlargement (or reduction) surgery so that what they see "down there" better matches what they perceive as what should be "down there"?

This tiny [or huge] thing is not me. Fix it. Make it what it should have been.

Well... medically, we have the ability to do that... but first, how old are you?

But to keep an exception out of the discussion, you have to exclude those rare occasions where something is appropriately deemed "medically necessary." Because those do happen occasionally, and those are a completely different category.

Ah but it's all medically necessary because their mental health depends on it, right?

    What about non-athletes?

Sports and wokeness share that untouchable religious quality. If someone isn't trans and isn't an athlete, shouldn't they be afforded the same options? If not, why?
