Chomsky has always been a mixed bag. It's like his mind knows what's wrong on a lot of things but in his core he's no different than most every other well-placed professor, more concerned with preserving the system that placed him where he is that looking at it squarely in the eye. Most anarchists realize politics are a lose-lose game for most people, but Chomsky while paying lip service to anarchism or old fashioned libertarianism has been just as foaming that mouth with "vote blur or we all die" as any Democratic Party apparatchik. His most famous work, on media criticism, was mostly a rehash of Michael Parenti's work.

You're too kind.

All that is true, plus he doesn't think 9/11 is worth analyzing, the very root of the Global War Of Terror, and he's a Zionist. And a limited hangout who only cites corporate MSM media.

Kindness is a virtue, so thank you-- but I must confess it was forgetfulness. Yeah, 9/11 isn't worth analyzing is just a silly idea.
