In this video, a scooterist can be seen traveling beside a truck. Before reaching the curved portion of the road, the scooterist somehow loses his balance and falls. His head lands directly in front of the truck's wheels and gets crushed. His head, despite wearing a helmet, explodes as parts of his skull, brain matter, and now broken helmet litter the road.

There is dirt on the road, he probably braked too hard and lost the front wheel
