"Somehow ends up under car" = I guess u/Oneda doesn't know much about motorbikes...

When riding a motorbike, there are mainly 3 ways to "bail out":

1 · If you think you rolling down the asphalt/dirt/whatever, then maybe hit the wall/car/whatever is gonna hurt LESS than riding all the way, you can abandon your motorbike usually on the right. We saw this technique in the 2nd 2020 Austrian MotoGp race when Maverick Viñales avoided certain death.

2 · If you're gonna crash head first into a LOW object, you can save yourself by doing a no-hander and allowing the footpegs to catapult you OVER the object you've hit. This technique was famously caught on amateur video when Richard "Milky" Quayle avoided certain death in the Isle of Man TT in the early 2000s.

3 · If you really think your brakes are gonna slow you down enough but don't want to ride all the way to the wall/car/whatever (I don't recommend riding until impact unless you can do the no-hander, it's a very bad idea), you can lock down the rear wheel and have a lowside crash around 1 second before the impact. THIS was what the motorbike rider in the video applied.

MY RECOMMENDATION IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE

· Go for #2, I saw it once in real life and the guy catapulted himself over a freaking MPV (sportbike guy was going fast but the MPV completely ignored the STOP sign). He was sent to hospital, he got hurt really badly because of the deceleration and the impact once his little no-engine flight was over... but he was 100% alive.

Nah, he's cool, he regularly provides us with great videos. It's just that he should learn a bit when it comes to certain techniques regarding the videos he brings us.

The guy on the bike was hauling ass, laid it down before hitting the car and got extruded underneath the vehicle.

In this video, a vehicle on the rightmost lane tries to make a huge u-turn going to the left. In the middle of the u-turn, a motorcyclist fails to stop and ends up crashing into the car. A second video source shows the aftermath, with the motorcyclist crushed under the car that has Doraemon design and the word "Swag" on its side.

Personal opinion, it's my first time seeing someone make a huge u-turn like that. I never in my life considered that someone would actually do something like that because it simply didn't make sense from a safety perspective, especially since the accident occurred at night! Always take the extra time to get into the proper lane before doing things like that, better safe than experiencing an accident.

Extra: Motorcyclist Almost Gets Crushed by Truck, Very Up-Close View - https://leakreality.com/video/8513/the-chinese-write-that-a-motorcyclist-drove-into-the-blind-spot-of-a-truck

In this video, a motorcyclist almost got crushed by a truck after it hits him from behind. The truck knocks him down while his camera continues to keep rolling as the truck somehow just ends up pushing him instead of crushing him.
