In a white country the whole street would be immediately blocked by random people trying to help out strangers... but it's just Philippines

I saw plenty of assistance being rendered, and smart assistance at that; people were keeping the victims from moving and not injuring themselves further. This was nothing like videos from China where the victims are completely ignored.

yeah that's what i came to say, not perfect but much better than china.

For sure, it wasn't as horrific as videos from China but, yeah, Asians seem to care less than Europeans and such

Or scooped up and whisked away to god knows where, probably to harvest any marketable organs.
