In a white country the whole street would be immediately blocked by random people trying to help out strangers... but it's just Philippines

I saw plenty of assistance being rendered, and smart assistance at that; people were keeping the victims from moving and not injuring themselves further. This was nothing like videos from China where the victims are completely ignored.

For sure, it wasn't as horrific as videos from China but, yeah, Asians seem to care less than Europeans and such

The first video comes from a surveillance camera in Philippines. A peaceful road with people and tricycles can be seen. Suddenly from afar, a truck comes in at high speed while constantly changing directions. After regaining control, the truck still won't stop accelerating and crashes into a car right in front of it.

A second view from another source shows that the truck continues forward and this time, it crashes into multiple tricycles. The tricycle drivers and the passengers all get violently smashed into the road. One guy's having a weird convulsion while a girl in yellow looks dead in a faceplant position. People start gathering to help the victims on the ground. Interestingly, they all seem to survive, even the woman who seemed to be unconscious or dead near the beginning.

A third source shows the lady who faceplanted, now sitting down on the ground, all bloodied up while other survivors are scattered in the area.

A final source shows workers trying to get the truck out of the home that it crashed into.

The people who died were the truck driver and his assistant. I'll paste the news here:

2 dead, 15 hurt in multiple vehicle crash in Quezon

LUCENA CITY –– Two persons were killed and 15 others injured after a wayward truck barreled into nine other vehicles along a busy road in Tayabas City in Quezon province Wednesday, April 7.

Executive Master Sergeant Elmer Maguiat, investigator at Tayabas police, said in a report that an Isuzu Elf Forward driven by Jeffrey Ferreras, 31, while negotiating the descending section of Quezon Avenue at the city center, crashed into the row of nine other vehicles ahead of him at 8:55 a.m.

The wayward truck subsequently crashed into a residential house on the roadside.

The police said Ferreras and his truck helper, Junathan Simballa, 44, suffered grave injuries and died on the way to the hospital.

The report said 12 drivers and passengers of the nine vehicles – six motorcycles, two cars, and a truck – suffered injuries and were taken to the Tayabas Community Hospital.

A pedestrian and two house occupants were also wounded.

The police said the truck lost its brakes that led to the fatal accident.
