In this classic video, a forklift driver can be seen attempting to load cargo onto a truck. Unfortunately, the cargo starts to fall. Inexplicably, the driver gets out of his forklift while it's still running and successfully pushes the cargo into the truck. Unfortunately for him, the forklift never stops and it knocks him down and crushes his body on the ground. As if one round isn't enough, the forklift continues to drive in a circular path, crushing him once again and this time, dragging him in a circular path. Blood can be seen being spilled, painting the circle of death on the ground. A few moments later, a co-worker notices this horrible accident and stops the forklift.

It's sad that many times, people simply don't want to mess up at work, but they neglect their own safety.
