In the video, the adult who seems to be the guardian of the child is seen chatting with some women. The child suddenly decides to make a run for it, but gets crushed by a timely passing van. You can see the kid was crushed by the front and the back wheels. The zoom in portion also shows what seems to be blood/brain splatter on the ground, although its blurry.

In a similar video, a kid is seen running away from an adult, only to be smacked away by a passing vehicle. It's hard to see if the kid was actually dead but the hit was definitely brutal.

It's interesting how whenever a child decides to run away, a vehicle always seems to be ready to crush or smack it away.
