The video is quite unstable, but it shows two kids on what seems to be a board sliding down the road. Just as they're about to make a turn, a car drives by and crushes the kids before the camera is dropped by the person recording. If you watch in slow motion, you'll see that at least one of the kids got totally crushed and blood strongly spurted out.

Was the cameragirl an adult or guardian of the kids? If so, allowing kids to ride that board and slide down the road was extremely stupid.

They're doing street luge, the Summertime/road version of traditional downhill sledding (luge)

With the direction that car was heading, how could they not see this kids? I'm not saying riding that board on that street was the brightest idea ever, but that driver seems to be on a whole other level of "unaware". There weren't any obstacles, there was no high speed, the car just drove along into those kids like the driver was blind or something.
