Two dogs are seen running at high speed, with the white dog having a long leash being dragged along the ground. The white dog runs past an old man who was just standing, but the leash somehow catches the old man's feet, causing him to smash head first into the ground. The apparent owner of the white dog arrives a few moments later and the dog starts following her again. The lady, probably realizing the fatal accident that her dog caused due to her inability to control it, starts walking away from the scene. Witnesses start pointing at the girl while still in disbelief of what happened. Another woman shows up and aggressively points at the girl and the old man on ground. The dog owner starts running away from her responsibility while her dog follows along. At the end of the video, the old man can be seen unresponsive, bleeding heavily from the head.

Pet owners should always be in control, otherwise, other people might get hurt and you will be the one who will have to answer for what your pet did.
