First of all, how would you categorize it? Scientifically, there is no such thing as "Caucasian race." If you categorized it based on some pseudo-scientific socio-political definition of race, then yeah it would be racism by definition.

It's a silly Norm MacDonald joke. I think you're missing my larger point? The common definition of racism is making a judgement on someone based on something as superficial as race.
