He did not say that, at least not in the quote you provide.

The part of the law you cited says an aggravated assault occurs when a perp uses "a deadly weapon or any object that can be or is used in a manner that results in serious bodily injury or strangulation".

Emphasis added.

I hope you live in some liberal utopia that's banned the ownership of firearms, so you've got nothing to defend yourself with.

Classy.

At least try to have adult conversations without wishing death on the other party.

The DA is using a double standard, as are any cops or cop defenders who say tasers aren’t lethal.
