Whites teach their kids and blacks don't. That's across the globe. If America has 60% white/40% non-white, and your country has 90% white/10% non white, then saying you are better swimmers says literally nothing other than you have less colored people. A european could never understand America's lack of indoor pools. We have more outdoors and bodies of water. By the time we are old enough for school we have already learned to swim in a lake 5 minutes from our house, so there's no point. Its just a waste of tax money.
