This made me cringe, especially when that kid was pointing the shotgun at another kid and the kid was just standing there not even trying to get away.

When I was a kid, we had a gun at home. It was one of those heavy guns where you had to manually put bullets in each... hole/chamber whatever, not a clip. I was told to never point it at someone even if I knew there were no bullets inside. "The devil can put a bullet in there", yup we were a religious family lol!

This is a result of bad parenting. Having a gun in the house and never having any rules about how to handle it, not that they should have been handling it ever.

I found my uncle's loaded shotgun playing Hide 'n Seek with my cousins one Christmas when I was 11.

I did not dare touch it.

I know it was loaded because my uncle later told me when I was a teen that he kept his shotgun with "one in the barrel" for home defense.

I tried reading the law in Spanish cited in the Wikipedia article, using both Google Translate help and my knowledge of high school Spanish, and it sounds like that unless a 16-18 year old kid does a crime against the public (ex. terrorism), they cannot be punished.

I don't know if the parents would be charged with child endangerment resulting in death of a minor or other such charges.

I genuinely think theres something bad wrong with me. I actually liked this video at the 45 second the gun goes off and they just completely lose their shit. The kids screaming was my favorite part. Also Giorgi got noscoped.

We learned a lesson from this... Never give kids a phone like come on! Learn how to film! Never showed the body or the kid shooting the gun smh
