The mentioned politicians (Yulia Tymoshenko, Petro Poroshenko) are also not pro-Kremlin though, so I don't understand the excitement:

The SBU said he had planned to meet Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who maintains ties with Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin and opposes opening talks on European Union membership with Ukraine.

An SBU statement said Russia was preparing a series of "provocations" to discredit Ukraine among its foreign allies as the war against Russia stretches beyond 21 months.

Seems also that Yulia was potentially bribed by Russian gas company:

On 11 October 2011, the court found Tymoshenko guilty of abuse of power, sentenced her to seven years in jail, and ordered her to pay the state $188 million. She was convicted for exceeding her powers as Prime Minister, by ordering Naftogaz to sign the gas deal with Russia in 2009. source

Yeah, they are both somewhat iffy, but still surely not outright Kremlin puppets like Medvedchuk - I mean Poroshenko already was Ukrainian president in pretty dangerous time of less intensive war (2014-2019), Zelensky attacked him with some corruption accusations, but I'm not sure whether they were genuine or political warfare (didn't look deeply). In fact in 2019 I thought of Zelensky as more pro-Kremlin candidate than Poroshenko, but he turned out to be ok.

Merely Putin's orders.

If there was any interest in a ceasefire, Feds would not have refused recently Ukraine military access to US intelligence about the Russian invasion. Nor would the US cut off supplies and aid. It's obvious the Feds are working for Putin, not for Americans.
