Man with Russian name on international flight enters the United States with no passport and says he doesn't remember how he got on the flight. Sergey Ochigava said he had not slept in 3 days.... He had no plane ticket and the US government cannot explain how he got here.

    Good point. The FBI made a complaint and request for his cell phone so they could search it. Earlier you referred to the man as "Victor", but I only see his name as: SERGEY VLADIMIROVICH OCHIGAVA. What do you mean?
