The source doesn't back up what the article claims.

They are referring to the negative effectiveness. and give the 2 reasons for why this is happening.

Personally I think it is mainly VAIDS that is causing this plus misdiagnoses due to false positives. But a bad balance between anti-bodies has also shown up in several studies.

Note that the anti-bodies in the blood are of type IGg, which can not defend against airway diseases. Nor against variants. So it makes clear sense that we do not see positive outcomes in the real-world data.
