that is now only the domain of criminals and people who can prove they need it for a good reason

i think that many people overlook the fact that this law was specifically written as it is in order to produce a specific result.

a) you may not carry a knife.

b) muslims are allowed by religion to carry a knife or sword.

b) sikhs are allowed by their religion to carry a knife or dagger, etc.

poor musky is too drunk to ever catch any of this.
